1946 Chevrolet two door sedan
1946 Chevy. Nice start for a project or custom build.
Body was stripped and primed years ago. Floors are pretty solid and still have some of the original sound deadening intact. Nice door bottoms and body mounts.
Engine appears original, was running about 5 years ago but is missing the generator now. Turns over by hand and has compression. Tires were installed new about 7 years ago but left to sit. Right rear doesn't hold air long. 16" wheels with stock hubcaps. At the same time, previous owner installed new exhaust, fuel pump, and a plastic stock style replacement gas tank.
Worst spot on the body is the roof - someone jumped on it and it's dented pretty good. Trunk has some dents and filler as well. Trunk floor is solid, and the lip only has some smaller holes along the edge. Better than average.
Interior is missing door panels but garnish moldings are intact and look nice.
Trunk is full of loose parts - trunk handle, headlight buckets, air cleaner, rear bumper and gravel guard. There are a fed pieces of stainless trim included. We also have the driver side fender extension that mounts on the door.
Grille has the accessory T-trim installed.
Car rolls freely and we can assist with loading.
